A faithful woman asked abba Moses the Wise:
`Abba, what to do for my salvation?`
Then abba Moses answered:
`Be like a burning flame in your faith. The faithful man must be an example to be followed by the other men. It is good in life to build a church, a house, write a book, pray for the sick and wretched and if you can`t do at least a part of these things, then be meek and kind with God and with all people.`
