If someone thinks he loves his neighbor but not all the people he makes discrimination between poor and rich, helpless and healthy, sinful and righteous, stranger and close relation, enemy and friend, then this love is not flawless only partial. A real and perfect love means to love all with the same measure both those who love you and those who hate you.
Such a love together with the mercy – I will say it briefly – is the foundation of all virtues, includes and adopts all of God`s commandments. Only that one who kept this love can fulfill all of God`s commandments.
