`If you want the weather to change and become warm, to blossom and give fruit of virtue you must be glad of the frost and sunny weather as well as all help for the better. We pass over the spiritual winter with patience and patience is given by the hope regarding the arrival of the spiritual spring. Later in summer we acknowledge the good brought to us by winter which filled the basins with water and killed the microbes with its frost. Good God ordained everything wisely for our salvation and helps us as a good Father. He only asks from us a little bit of patience.
